The Ohm

Sit indian style but with one leg on top of the other. Make sure that your back is straight. Place one hand on each knee, with the thumb and forefingers forming a circle and the other three fingers extended. Breathe in deeply and exhale while chanting "ohm" starting with an "oh" sound and ending with humming.
Supposedly this stimulates all parts of your body and expels bad things by creating a resonance throughout your body.
